We welcome applications from students who are seeking a challenging liberal arts education. Follow steps 1-4 below to help guide you on your path to becoming True Blue. Follow these links for requirements and information regarding international students and transfer students.
 
Step 1 :: Submit free application for admission
   :: Download and Print the Paper Application
       This can either be printed and mailed to our Admissions Office  or attached to an email sent to admissions@ic.edu
 
Step 2 :: Print and submit Secondary School Report to your guidance department
   :: High school counselors will then need to submit form with transcript
 
Step 3 :: Request Official High School Transcript to be sent to IC
   :: High school transcripts must include coursework completed through at least junior year
 
Step 4 :: Submit ACT and/or SAT test scores
   ::Standardized test scores are not required for admission to Illinois College. If a student enrolls 
      at Illinois College, test scores must be submitted prior to registration to assist in appropriate
      course placement and scheduling.

Application review begins when all items are complete.
       
The Admission Committee reviews each applicant's academic record, extracurricular activities, recommendations and personal essay for evidence of academic and intellectual integrity, the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to foster tolerance and respect for fellow members of the Illinois College family and the community. The admission process is selective, with only those students with a strong likelihood of success being offered admission.
